ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Fresno County Resource Advisory Committee will meet in=20
Prather, California. The purpose of the meeting is to receive and=20
review recommend project proposals for FY2007 funds regarding the=20
Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-

Determination Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 106-393) for expenditure of Payments=20
to States Fresno County Title II funds.

DATES: The meeting will be held on September 11, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. to=20
9 p.m.

discussion is limited to Forest Service staff and Committee members.=20
However, persons who wish to bring Payments to States Fresno County=20
title II project matters to the attention of the Committee may file=20
written statements with the Committee staff before or after the=20
meeting. Public sessions will be provided and individuals who made=20
written requests by August 24, 2007 will have the opportunity to=20
address the Committee at those sessions. Agenda items to be covered=20
include: (1) Call for new projects and (2) Public comment.
