Notice of Proposed Reinstatement of Terminated Oil and Gas Lease=20
NMNM 108883

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of reinstatement of terminated oil and gas lease.

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of 30 U.S.C. 188(d) and (e), and 43 CFR=20
3108.2-3(a) and (b)(1), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a=20
petition for reinstatement of oil and gas lease NMNM 108883 from the=20
lessee, Coulthurst Management &amp; Investment, Inc., for lands in =
Sandoval=20
County, New Mexico. The petition was filed on time

and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date the lease=20
terminated under the law.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: No lease has been issued that affect the=20
lands. The lessee agrees to new lease terms for rentals and royalties=20
of $20.00 per acre or fraction thereof, per year, and 18\2/3\ percent,=20
respectively. The lessee paid the required $500.00 administrative fee=20
for the reinstatement of the lease and $166.00 cost for publishing this=20
Notice in the Federal Register. The lessee met all the requirements for=20
reinstatement of the lease as set out in Sections 31(d) and (e) of the=20
Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C. 188). We are proposing to=20
reinstate lease NMNM 108883, effective the date of termination,=20
September 1, 2006, under the original terms and conditions of the lease=20
and the increased rental and royalty rates cited above.
