AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of modified decision approving lands for conveyance.

SUMMARY: As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that=20
the decision approving lands for conveyance to The Port Graham=20
Corporation, notice of which was published in the Federal Register on=20
June 26, 2007, is modified by identifying the location of the aid to=20
navigation in Easement Identification Number (EIN) No. 104 J as Tract=20
A, U.S. Survey No. 1630, Alaska.
    Notice of the modified decision will also be published four times=20
in the Homer Tribune.

DATES: The time limits for filing an appeal are:
    1. Any party claiming a property interest which is adversely=20
affected by the decision shall have until September 28, 2007 to file an=20
appeal on the issue in the modified decision.
    2. Parties receiving service of the decision by certified mail=20
shall have 30 days from the date of receipt to file an appeal.
    Parties who do not file an appeal in accordance with the=20
requirements of 43 CFR Part 4, Subpart E, shall be deemed to have=20
waived their rights. Except as modified, the decision, notice of which=20
was given June 26, 2007, is final.
