AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mendocino County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will=20
meet August 24, 2007 and September 14th and 28th in Willits,=20
California. Agenda items to be covered include: (1) Approval of=20
minutes, (2) Public Comment, (3) Extension of RAC (4) Discussion--items=20
of interest (5) Discussion/approval of projects, (6) next items and=20
meeting date.

DATES: The meetings will be held on August 24th, 2007 and September=20
14th and 28th, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the Mendocino County Museum,=20
located at 400 E. Commercial St., Willits, California.
